Production TrackingSheet Menu: Can't able to Create the Concern for the Rejected Sample Pieces in the Reaction Plan

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Goto EwQIMS
2.Login as IC Module User
3.Navigate to IC Module
4.Goto Actions Tab and Click on Production TrackingSheet Menu
5.Select the Assigned Inspection Entry
6.Now Enter the Lot No. and Click Submit Button
7.After Submitting the Lot No. continue the Inspection and then Reject any one of the Sample Piece
8.Now the Rejected Sample will be listed under the Reaction Plan Window
9.Fill all the fields and then Right-Click and Select the Create Concern option
10.Observe the Results
