Steps To Reproduce:
1)login to module as scheduler
2)click on audit cycle
3)click on new
4)create a planned audit for jan'1 to feb'28
5)publish the audit for approval
6)click on week 53 and create a actual audit using start date as jan'1 and end date as feb'28
7)click on save.
8)observe the screen
