Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to Ewqims
2.Go to DOc pro
3.Folder has 3 documents say D1,D2 and D3
4.Delete/terminate the doc D2
5.Request a doc(By default it displays the doc number as D4)
6.Edit the doc number D4 as D2 and request the document
7.NOw the system will automatically shows the doc number as D3
8.Request the document for the doc num D3
9.Error occurs

Error is not displayed, the user can able to continue the request with same document number

Error is not occured, it adds the doc with same doc number,but the doc is not displayed anywhere.On that time, When the same document name is entered, its not showing the alert message, it automatically clears the doc name field
