Steps To Reproduce:
1)Login into EWQIMS application
2)Select APQP module
3)Click on Projects Menu under projects tab
4)Select the Project
5)Select the deliverable
6)Click on deliverable info icon
7)Enable approver route under general tab
8)Attach output document
9)Approve the document(Mandatory approver)
10)Now click on the revision history summary
11)View the approver details
12)Observe the result
