Steps To Reproduce:
1)login to module as auditor
2)click on perform audit
3)upload audit record
4)raise nc
5)submit the audit report for approval
6)observe the email of "audit report waiting for approval"
7)login as approver and reject the audit report
8)again resubmit the audit report
9)now observe the email displays the approved date

Approved date is displayed in "Requesting approvers to approve the audit report" email content before the document is approved by the approver.
Note: this issue occurs when the auditor re-submit the audit report for an approval.the previous request is rejected by the approver
