Actual audit publish in Doc pro Audit template name is not displaying.

Steps To Reproduce:

1)login to module as admin
2)create a template
3)select the template while creating the schedule
4)create a planned audit /actual audit
5)observe the email contents

Description

Actual audit publish in Doc pro Audit template name is not displaying.
The same issue occurs when clicking on audit details hyper link from email hyperlink (all emails which is related to actual audit like approve, reject, termination.
