Steps To Reproduce:

1)Create a new Template with name "Customer Audit template" and select at least one element and save
2)again click on new again and try to add "Customer Audit template" again system will not allow to save
3)now modify the 2 step "Customer Audit template" to "QA Audit template" and save
4)after pick "QA Audit template" and now modify to "Customer Audit template" and save

Description

Note :System is allowing to save the template with duplicate entity.
