While uploading an OFI without selecting OFI category click on save displays alert as "Please set doc pro level in business rules"

Steps To Reproduce:

1)log in to module as auditor
2)click on perform audit
3)click on upload OFI
4)fill the OFI Form one by one and save
5)observe the screen

Description

While uploading an OFI without selecting OFI category click on save displays alert as "Please set doc pro level in business rules" instead it should throw an alert as "Please select OFI Category" and after when save it should throw an alert as "please set doc pro level in business rules". when there is no level set.
