On the Part Details page, when an existing user is removed and a new user is added, the username for the existing user is incorrectly updated to the new user's username. However, the email address remains unchanged

Description

On the Part Details page, when an existing user is removed and a new user is added, the username for the existing user is incorrectly updated to the new user's username. However, the email address remains unchanged
