There is no Alert displays when Audit Form is attached in Process activities.

Steps To Reproduce:

1)log in to module as admin (Corporate)
2)click on process activity
3)Fill all the mandatory fields
4)click on Audit form
5)attach an attachment (no alert displays)
6)go to doc pro and observe

Description

There is no Alert displays when Audit Form is attached in Process activities. And the attached audit form is publishing in doc pro with name "Audit Form " and in Owned Documents.
