1. Log in to the RFD.
2. Select the Structure Analysis.
3. Select the Production Item.
4. Login and navigate to structure analysis.
5. Navigate from Structure analysis to block diagram.

  1. Navigated from Structure Analysis to Block Diagram, the BOM tree appears blank.
  2. After logging in and navigating directly to the RFD Structure Analysis, the BOM tree is visible.
