Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log in to the RFD.
2. Select the Structure Analysis.
3. Select the Production Item.
4. Select the Context element from the drop-down.
5. Right-click on the Focus Element.
6. Add an element and try to same element under that.
7. Save an element.
8. Observe the result.

Description
- The context element selection is not working.
- The 'Exclude Element' context menu needs to be hidden for the Focus element.
- It is currently possible to add the same element under itself, but the element overlap alert is not displayed.
- After saving the element, an 'Undefined' alert is displayed.
