2. Select the Failure Analysis.
3. Select the Production item.
4. Right-click on the Focus branch.
5. Right-click on the Flow down branch.
6. Observe the result.

Description
The 'Add Failure' context menu is not displaying.
The Focus branch does not contain a Failure, but the Flow Down branch is still displaying the 'Add Failure Flow Down' context menu.
