Steps To Reproduce:

Step 1: Login as Lead Auditor, Co-Auditor, Witness Senior Auditor
Step 2: Perform audit-> Go to respective audit of IATF
Step 3: After Audit Agenda, NC/OFI raised-> Click Go to Audit Report. Step 4: System should display the Audit report with Publish to Docpro & Export to PDF button.
Step 5: Click Publish to Docpro after reviewed
Step 6: Check the Audit status changed as Completed.

Description

For IATF 16949 : 2016 - After published getting submitted successfully alert but in perform audit page still that audit status was showing as Scheduled. In Corrective actioon page auditee is getting all the actions in PDCA but the Audit report icon is disable & showing in black color.
