Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the RFD.
2. Select the Requirements Document.
3. Select the Production Item.
4. Publish the document.
5. Try to add the Requirement Type.
6. Observe the result.

Description

  1. After publishing the document able to add or select a Requirement Type.
  2. Unable to add/select the Requirement Type for other requirements.
