Custom Output folder selection is missing in New UI Gantt page, if any template is selected or Template converted to Project

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as PM
2. Inside new charter gives Custom Output folders name
3. Select template/import any template/Convert Template to Project
4. Save charter and go to Gantt page
5. Custom Folder column is not there to set custom output folder for each phase

Description

If Custom Output folders given inside charter, then in Gantt page we can set given output folder for each phase to save outputs attached in that particular phase to selected output folder. But in New UI Gantt page that folder selection is missing. This is happening only if any template is selected for project creation time or any Template converted as Project.
