Block Diagram - Placed the elements in the Out-Scope box, drew an interface line, and then placed elements inside the Scope box. However, when dragging the Scope box, the line does not move along with it.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the RFD.
2. Select the Block Diagram.
3. Select the Production Item.
4. Add the elements and drag them out of the scope box.
5. Draw an interface line and change the position.
6. Drag the elements and interface line in scope.
7. Drag the scope box.
8. Observe the result.
