Steps To Reproduce:

1.Log into RFD
2.Select requirement document
3.Locate a function and requirement
4.Add two flow downs
5.Delete the Requirement branch
6.Add another requirement branch under the same function and perform a flow down
7.Refresh the page and observe

Description

After Deleting the Requirement branch with flow downs, added another requirement branch and did a flow down. But after page refresh both the requirement and the flow down appear in the Deleted branch's place
