1.Login as Docpro admin
2.Enable the "Notify approvers when a document change request is waiting for approval" and "Notify all the viewers new document creation" emails
3.initiate the document with approvers
4."Notify approvers when a document change request is waiting for approval" and "Notify all the viewers new document creation" emails are interrupted in batch
