Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as User
2.User defined revision settings in folder management
3.Initiate the draft with approver
4.Go to pending document draft
5.covert the draft into document
6.Login as approver
7.approver Reject the document
8.Login as requestor
9.Go to Reject Resubmit request
10.Revision fields get empty and disabled, if we set user defined revision, it needs to show the current revision

Description

i)Draft Document-->Resubmit Rejected request -->Revision fields get empty and disabled, if we set user defined revision, it needs to show the current revision for first revision
ii)Publish the document by new document request or new document draft-->in TOC, Doing the Change request by User defined revision so manually we entered as 1 to 2-->Approver Reject the document -->Resubmit Rejected request -->next Revision value is showing as Previous value as "1" and disabled, if we set user defined revision, it needs to show the next revision as 2
