Department Worksheet : Multiple Selection Checkbox is not showing

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Goto EwQIMS
2.Login as IC Module User
3.Navigate to IC Module
4.Goto Actions Tab and Click on Department Worksheet Menu
5.Select any PI and Click Add Button to add the operations below
6.Observe the Results

Observation: By Selecting the Operations, Equipments, Operators it doesn't have the Checkbox to Select the Multiple Operations
