If we set NO for the Data access restricted user wise after Yes, still in groups module admin & Super user rights having users can't able to edit the access rights.

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Enter the site URL
2.Enter the module admin id & password
3.Select platform as Integrated Management System /QHSE Platform
4.In home page go to Setup ->Suite Setup & click on "Groups"
5.Click on "Add" button
6.Enter the group name based on their role
7.Click on User selection icon
8.Select the user from user selection screen
9.Expand "Auditee "label under access rights label.
10.Click on Save
