Steps To Reproduce:
1.Click on Documents
2.Click on Reports
3.Click on Document Index
4.Select Folder Name, Document Type and select Chart Type as "Trend"
5.Click on View Report
6.Click on any Document value in the Report (click on Dots)
7.Getting Error
