SP 11.3.2.2 Patches

1. Login as PM
2. Open any charter where Roles and Team Members are added in charter template
3. Click on Add+ button in charter page
4. Add any existing role
5. Add resources inside team members section who are added in the selected role
6. Save charter and reopen the charter again
7. Try to add new skills and save it inside boxes by click on Competency icon from charter
8. Reopen the competency popup again, added skills get vanished.
9. Try to select any resource from the resource selection popup, showing as blank. Expecting the resources who are added under that role and added inside Team members inside project charter.
