Steps To Reproduce:

1.Click on Setup - System - PDF Template
2.Click on New
3.Add Approver Details Data Field on Cover Page
4.Dropdown will be show
5.Now Remove the Data Field from Rich Text box
6.Still the Dropdown is showing

Description

Approver Details Dropdown is showing even though we removed from the Approver Details Data Field from Rich Text Box. On removing the Data field, Dropdown should also be Removed.
