Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login HrPro as Admin
2.Goto job Requirement page->Choose the Role based selection
3.Choose any new Role which is added & Goto Detailed competency evaluation
4.Choose any employee
5.Click on the three dots->List of users is not getting updated for the new Roles added
