Steps To Reproduce:

1.Upload a Document on Level having Route Approval and Template having Approval Details and Revision History Data Fields
2.Login as Approver, Approve the Document
3.Login as Requester - Navigate to Documents menu
4.Click on Document Number Link or Print PDF
5.Getting HTML Render is Blank

Description

SCHNEIDER - Getting "HTML Render is Blank" when clicked on Document Number Link or Print PDF.
Facing this issue on a Document uploaded on Route Approval with the Template having Approval Details and Revision History Data Fields.
Note: On Auto Approval, not facing this Issue.

On Discussion with Sai,
1.Selected Approval Details values are not saving on Created Template, which causes the HTML Render is Blank issue.
