openIn the APQP charter and gantt page both old and replaced supplier users are showing in the user selection popup

1. Login to the application as SM admin
2. Navigate to supplier On boarding
3. Click on suppliers
4. Select a supplier( where project is created)
5. Navigate to supplier details
6. Edit the names of the supplier user
7. Click on save
8. Navigate to project management
9. Check for the project created for that supplier
10. Open the charter page
11. Check for the user details
Description
Case 1: In the APQP charter and Gantt page both old and replaced supplier users are showing in the user selection popup. The old user should automatically removed from the user selection.
Case 2: When the user details is edited for 1st time it is automatically updating int eh project, but for second time it is not showin in the project
