Impact: If Doc pro level selector is not set in business Rule, In Doc Pro level structure, Planned audit Document is not getting publsihed

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in as Administrator.
2. Go to Administrator tab.
3. Click on Audit cycle from all sites (Parent, Corporate, Child of Corporate).
4. Create new planned audit.
5. Publish the Planned audit.
6. Go to Doc pro (Parent and Child of corporate).
7. Expand doc pro level.
8. Click on planned Audit level and observe the result.

Not an Issue. Level is created below the selected level if the DocPro administrator provides a perfect access rights to the selected level in the business rule. Planed Audit document is publishing under the Audit Cycle folder of the planed audit level.

Doc pro level selector is mandatory now and planned audit document is getting published to doc pro in the selected level.
