closedImpact: In audit program page, If a user tries to edit the audit form type from parent entity and checking the same audit program in the Child site of Corporate displays duplicate forms with different type

1. Log in as Admin.
2. Go to Audit Program in Corporate.
3. Create new audit program with Audit form mapped with attachment.
4. Log in as admin of Parent site of Corporate.
5. Go to Audit program and try to edit the audit form type.
6. Log in as Admin of Child site of Corporate.
7. Go to audit program.
8. Go to audit form page and observe the result.
Description
1. In audit program page, If a user tries to edit the audit form type from parent entity and checking the same audit program in the Child site of Corporate displays duplicate forms with different type
2. Like wise in Nc category, if child site created the Nc category first, and parent entity is creating NC category in same name, while inheritance in child site shows as duplicate NC category with same name.
