Steps To Reproduce:
1.Log into FST
2.Select HARA
3.Add an OS branch and calculate ASIL
4.Add an effect branch
5.Delete it from the Safety goals column(Delete Branch)
6.Insert another effect branch
7.Add values and observe

Description
After deleting an effect branch from safety goals column, I'm unable to add another one for the same OS. After adding Effect , while trying to add severity , getting an alert saying 'Please enter Hazard and Effect"
