Steps To Reproduce:

1.Log into VOC
2.Change format from Default to another which has an image column
3.Send one record without attaching image for the review process
4.Go to actions tab
5.Select pending Requirement review tab
6.Click on the Requirement view
7.Click on the image column and observe

Description

It is possible to attach images from the Requirement Document view of the 'Pending Requirement Review' tab in a record that has been sent for review in the Changed format. Which reflects back in the VOC
