1)login to module as admin
2)create audit type and audit program
3)create a new audit cycle
4)blocking one full year
5)try to publish the planned audit document

Description

Publish button is not working when schedule is created for the next full year ie for 2018

note: working fine when schedule is created for next one month alone.
