Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the RFD.
2. Select the Requirements Document.
3. Select the Production Item.
4. Add Function and Requirement.
5. Select the VOC branch.
6. Send for the review.
7. Select the 'Skip Review' checkbox.
8. Accept the Review.
9. Observe the result.

Description

Requirements Document -
1. Selected the VOC checkbox and sent the requirement (11.2) for review.
2. Select the 'Skip Review' checkbox and publish the document.
3. Afterward right-clicked on the requirement to review it, but the requirement's review status displayed as 'Draft' with a blue background.
