Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the RFD.
2. Select the Requirements Document.
3. Select the Production Item.
4. Add Function and Requirement and allocate to child element.
5. Select the Requirements Table and delete the Requirement.
6. Select the Requirements Document and insert a branch.
7. Delete the existing Function branch.
8. Observe the Result.
