1.Log into TSR
2.Add a function and requirement against the allocation
3.add another function branch
4.Add requirement and observe

Description

1. Inserted a Technical Function branch, added requirements doesn't display id . After refresh Requirements vanished , function only exists.

2.while updating a technical requirement, id is not changing until manually refreshing the page
