openHARA - On the Severity and Controllability dropdowns, when 'Select' is chosen, the ASIL is not removed. After refreshing, the last used Severity and Controllability values reappear.

1. Log in to the FST.
2. Select the HARA.
3. Select the Production Item.
4. Select the Severity and Controllability.
5. Then choose 'Select' from the dropdown.
6. Observe the result.
