1.Login to EwQIMS
2.Navigate to problem solver module
3.Click on Incidents→Actions→New concerns
4.Click on new
5.Select category , sub-category,problem classification
6.Fill in other mandatory fields
7.Click on submit
8.Select Incidents→Actions→Concern Initial evaluation
9.Click the concern
10.Click on Initiate Change Request
11.Click save to save the concern details
12.Select the change request category
13.Observe the results
