1.Log into RFD
2.Send a requirement for review
3.Attach a document
4.delete it
5.Submit the review
6.Go to VOC and Click on the reviewed icon
7.Please observe

During the review process, I inserted an attachment and then deleted it. However, when I check the review window from the VOC, the attachment still appears
