1.Log into RFD
2.Select EFC Tree
3.Locate a Function and Requirement without Failure
4.Right click and observe the context menu
5.Click on the flowdown icon and observe

Description

If a failure is not associated with a function or requirement, the "Flow Down" and "Flow Up" context menus will not display in the EFC tree.
However, "Flow Down" and "Flow Up" are still accessible by clicking the triangle icons.
