Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the VDA.
2. Select the Structure Analysis.
3. Select the Production item.
4. Click on the +icon.
5. Add the existing element, hit the tab, and select it from the dropdown.
6. Remove the element.
7. Again try to add the same element.
8. Observe the result.
