Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator
2. Click on the EWQIMS icon and select EVAV NPD/APQP Platform
3. Click on the Products(Aqua Pro) menu
4. Click on the Design VDA menu
5. Click on the AP statistical Report
6. Observe the result

Description

AP Report Known issue
DFMEA Issues:

1. The system does not count the Flow-Up Failure Effect Severity rating, which impacts the Initial and Actual AP count, leading to a mismatch issue. (Mark's Dependency)
2. FMEA Process Data cannot be added—any added data gets removed automatically. Medium
PFMEA Issues:
3. The system does not count the Design Linkage Effect Severity rating, impacting the Initial and Actual AP count, leading to a mismatch issue. (Mark's Dependency)
4. 5T data is not displayed in the PFMEA AP Report. Medium
5. When selecting a segment in the Topic Segment, the report page does not display. Low
UI Issues (DFMEA/PFMEA):
6. The Last Date and Last Update fields should be left-aligned, and the timing format should be updated. Low
7. The Report Name should be displayed in the document header. Low
8. The Export to PDF and Refresh icons should have tooltips, and a mouse-hover effect should highlight the icons. Low
9. An option to edit images should be provided. Low
