3.Locate a non standard ASIL
4.Add a function and Requirement
5.Decompose into 2
6.Observe the Help icon
7.Perform ADD asil and observe the asil values

Description

1.Non-Standard ASIL Missing Help Icon and Unable to Perform 'Add ASIL' Action, Decomposed ASIL values not Getting Saved

2.If the same fsr function used against two different safety goals(Standard) , unable to perform add asil , added asil value is not getting saved
