Add Reviewers (Send for Review) - Unable to Add Reviewers After Clearing with 'Clear All' Button Until Popup is Reopened(2 issues, please look into the description)

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Log into RFD
2.Select requirement document
3.Select one requirement and click on send for review button
4.Clcik on add reviewer's option.
5.Select couple of Reviewers
6.click Clear All button
7.Try to add same reviewers again
8.Please observe

Description

1.After adding reviewers and then clearing them using the 'Clear All' button, I'm unable to add the same user again until I close the popup and reopen it.

2.After performing a search in the reviewer's popup, clicking on the pagination controls redirects the user to the full list of all reviewers, instead of staying within the filtered search results
