Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the RFD.
2. Select the Block Diagram.
3. Select the Production Item.
4. Add the elements to the Diagram.
5. Select the Interface Function Matrix.
6. Remove the elements.
7. Observe the result.

Description

After configuring the Block Diagram, I navigated to the IFM, CIM, and IM, and tried to add or remove elements from the Add/Remove Elements popup.
However, the system did not display the alert: 'Cannot add/remove the element as the Block Diagram is already configured.'
