openOn Importing Program BOM, the aqua tree structure showing duplicate Heirrarchy

Steps To Reproduce:
1.Enter url.
2.Login with the module admin/PM Username and Password.
3.Select Supplier Platform
4.Go to Supplier Management > Project Management > Programs
5.Click on the button +New
6.Select the pillar where Supplier added as element
7.Click on BOM Import and select the PI where the part need to be added.
8. Save the project after Import
9. Navigate to Aqua pro and check for the PI under Purchased parts
