Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the VDA.
2. Select the P Diagram.
3. Select the Production Item.
4. Select the Cause from the dropdown.
5. Off the toggle and On it.
6. Refresh the page.
7. Observe the result.

Description

  1. After selecting the existing cause and clicking on the sort icon, the newly added cause is also displayed as highlighted.
  2. Select the existing cause, turn off the toggle, then turn it back on and refresh the page. However, after the refresh, the cause toggle remains off.
