HARA - Error and Missing 'Insert Effect' Option After Right-Click on HARA Page Columns

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Log into FST
2.Select HARA page
3.Add a record and calculate asil value along with Safety goal value
4. Right click on the Failure mode column and observe

Description

After adding a record on the HARA page, if we right-click on the Reqt Mal Id, Malfunctions, or Failure Mode columns, an error message is displayed, and the context menus shown are different. The 'Insert Effect' option is not displayed.
