Cloudqa5 Forvia DB: after creating a audit in new Audit Schedule(FMS Internal, Other Audit Type, Product Audit template) if we refresh all fields are showing as blank.

Steps To Reproduce:

Step 1: Login as Super user/Scheduler/Auditor
Step 2: Step 2: Audits->Scheduler->Audit schedule.
Step 3: Open any existing or new audit schedule of FMS Internal Audit template / Other Audit template / Product Audit template.
Step 4: Click Add Actual Audit to create audit in Confirmed status & Saved.
Step 5: Refresh that audit schedule by clicking Annual schedule
