In Cloudqa5 Forvia DB: Assign groups functionality is not taking based on Access Permission. (Now all users can able to view all the groups & add users in any groups)

Steps To Reproduce:

Step 1: Login as Super user->Setup->Audit setup->Access permission
Step 2: Select LPA Admin in Group.
Step 3: Select LPA Auditee, Auditor in Assign groups.
Step 4: Select Admin in View Access group rights & click saved.
Step 5: Setup->Group->click add user icon in LPA Admin. (System should displays Admin rights alone which was set in View Access Group Rights)
Step 5: Login as LPA Admin->Setup->Groups (LPA Admin should able to see LPA Auditee & LPA Auditor groups alone.)
